Job Scope
What you'll be expected to deliver:
- Give all guests a comfortable, warm introduction to the space and experience
- Conduct guided tours of the bath’s areas, highlighting key features and explaining the expectations around behaviour and rules.
- Respond to guest queries adequately, with warm assurance
- Provide helpful knowledge and tips on how to enjoy a great experience in our wellness centres
- Manage a variety of tasks to keep operations running smoothly and on schedule
- Participate in scheduled maintenance to keep our equipment in tip-top condition
- Coordinate tight teamwork to ensure high performance
Requirements:
- You have at least 1-2 years in customer experience
- Able to work at least three shifts a week, including Sat or Sun. Able to commit to a mix of AM and PM shifts.
- You have personal experience with bathing or wellness experiences
- You are customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, and you are dedicated to maintaining high standards of service
- You are willing to get certified in CPR
About our work environment:
- Monthly roster is fixed two weeks before each month begins.
- Shifts are 7-8 hours (morning/afternoon start times). We are open Monday to Sunday, including selected public holidays.

- Salary begins from $12/hr (probation) and $15-$18/hour (weekdays/weekends)
